Those signify I (and others) have written a tutorial. Clicking on any of those icons will bring you a page that tells you what those tutorials are and give you the links. The Tutorial in question is located here:

And while it deals primarily with taking old Pen-n-Paper maps and importing, it works with any BMP/PNG image.

Latest draft. I've added the outer walls to the main precinct. The dimensions are off from the actual map. not sure if i'm going to adjust to the real map, or keep my current dimensions and improvise.
